Shipping
Because of state laws, we ship only within the United States
(AK, CA, FL, IA, MN, MO, NM, OR).
Shipping and handling charges are in addition to product prices and are based on the total weight of your order.
We ship via UPS to keep costs lower and to get your products to you
faster. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO
addresses. If for some
reason, you cannot supply a
valid UPS address, please

and we will make
arrangements to ship through
the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Due to the nature of the
product, we recommend shipping to a work address as a signature will be
required for the UPS driver to deliver your order. The receiver
must present identification showing proof of age (21 or older).
Items in stock USUALLY ship
in 2 - 3 business days.
Actual delivery of your
order may take 3 - 10
business days depending on
where you live. All
orders are shipped from
Morgan Hill, CA.
At checkout, the number of
in-transit days will be
noted in parentheses (this
number does not include the
time required to process and
pack your order).
You will receive a tracking
number from UPS once your
order has been processed and
shipped.

Product Returns
Please check your
shipment promptly upon
receipt. If
there is damage to your product(s), leave the carton
as-is with packing materials
intact. If there is
damage to any of your
products, please notify us
within 72 hours at

so that we
can make proper
arrangements.
